Oct 4, 2007 - Enjoyed our stay here. The house is very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel right at home. Just a short walk to the ocean meant everything to us. Will come back.

Feb 20, 2008 - We stayed in Casa de Amarilla over Thanksgiving 2007. The house is situated at the western most section of Las Conchas(beach community with a guard shack at the entrance), a row back from the beach. We rented both units giving us 6 bedrooms, 4 baths and 2 kitchens. Plenty of room for a few good size families. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the kitchens have everything you need to cook and eat. Access to the beach is easy. Simply walk across the sand lot, down some steps between two houses and you are there. We will definately be renting this house again in the future.

Jul 19, 2007 - Just got back from staying at 2 Hermanos, very very clean,comforable home. great beds all dishes and anything you will need for your stay.Love the view from the roof and patio, would recommend this home to anyone. short walk to the beach,once I arrived had no need to leave, Home had everything. Jul 8, 2007 - We stayed in this home this past March. It was like a little hide away! Easy access to the beach. It also has a really nice private and very secure area to park your vehicles! My two little one enjoyed it very much!

Aug 27, 2007 - This house is GREAT! The first time we came down we rented the trailer behind the house because it was cheaper. We actually met the owners of Apreciar La Vida at the beach and were pleasantly surprised to find it listed online when we decided to come back in May. The house has all the creature comforts of home, it's close to town, and a short walk to the beach. The neighbors are nice and Ocean Rentals was helpful and easy to rent from (online!). The two bedrooms on seperate floors of the house is nice for couples to get away and still have privacy. We will be back soon!

May 29, 2007 - Our 3 day stay in this home was wonderful. The home was like new in every way. The 50 yard walk to the beach made it very easy to go back and forth for supplies and comfort items, and to get out of the sun when necessary. The guest suite was perfect for the kids (12/14) and to let us get some rest! The drive to town was always a quick pleasure and we will definitely return to stay here again.

Mar 23, 2007 - I have been staying in these Mirador condos for over 10 years and this unit is by far the nicest I have rented. The tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms is wonderful. I would recommend that a larger television be installed. Oceano: Per your feedback, the owners have agreed to install a larger television. Scheduled installation date is September 22, 2007.

Feb 14, 2008 - We have stayed at Bella Vista twice and we LOVE it. Both times we stayed with two other couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. This is a great house. You will not be disappointed.

May 31, 2007 - We shared this home with another family. The cost per family was $150/night, which is much less than the cost of a 2 bedroom condo. Bella Vista had very good views and beach access. I would recommend this home for two families.

May 1, 2007 - We all had a great time. Even though it is off the beach, the beach access was very good. For the price, this was a great choice for us.

Apr 4, 2007 - Great house! Plenty of room and easy beach access! Only recommendation would be to better stock the home with basic supplies - e.g. extra paper towels, sponges and basic cleaning stuff to scrub dishes, wipe counters, sinks, etc. Also, our check in was 2+ hours late as cleaning people were still there so really ate into our first day but otherwise one of the best homes we've stayed in!

Sep 18, 2007 - My boyfriend and a few of our friends stayed over the weekend of 09/14-09/16 and the rental unit was great. Close to the beach and the A/C was cool. Only "problem" I had was the masterbedroom with the king size bed was bright because of no window treatments. Other then that I can't wait to go back.

Feb 12, 2008 - We've stayed at this house at least 6 times over the past 5 or 6 years. We've tried a couple other times but it was booked when we wanted it so we had to settle for another place. I would rather postpone my trip to a time when this house is open than to stay anywhere else. This place rocks!

Nov 26, 2007 - Our Thanksgiving with family was a very memorable one because of the lovely accomodations and the beach close by. It was great being able to watch satellite TV and movies on the DVD and VCR. I called our kids in the US to wish them a happy Thanksgiving for free. We were able to acces the Internet with our laptops. The view of the Sea of Cortez from the top floor and balcony was fabulous! You can tell the house has wonderful owners who love and take good care of the house. Oceano was wonderful to deal with. They came out quickly when we needed help with the tv, stove and towels. Dream Catcher is worth all the effort to plan a family vacation at. I hated leaving! We hope to return some day!

Jun 20, 2007 - June 20, 2007 - We stayed at the Dream Catcher in March of 2006 and again in 2007. We absolutely loved our vacation home on both occasions! 11 adults enjoyed this very spacious, beautifully decorated home with ample room for relaxing and lounging! The home has a divine kitchen for food prep, and we were able to enjoy home cooked meals in the formal dining area. We enjoyed the spectacular views and vistas from the balcony,esp. at sunset! The beach is fabulous--we walked each morning and did our share of sunbathing. It was difficult to leave - truly a dream vacation. We plan to return next year - The Dream Catcher and Las Conchas have captured our hearts!

May 31, 2007 - Great house - terrific view - very relaxing and spacious. Wonderful patio with great ocean view - short walk to the beach. May 28, 2007 - Dream Catcher is totally awesome! It's spacious, yet cozy and warm. It feels like home! The view of the ocean is beautiful - it's very close to the beach. The home is very clean and the decor embraces both the ocean and Mexico. Even with a lot of people, you don't feel cramped at all, yet the kitchen, family room, dining room and outdoor balcony bring everyone together without being in each other's way. Dec 26, 2007 - well i finally found the place i wanted to rent..I rented for 3 nites with 1 free nite..It on th beach and close to town..I used to stay at the granda del mar but they sold and i heard they were tearing it down so hope this will be are new place to go now ..have lots of friend to let them no if this is the place to go now see you 6-6-08 for 4 nites whohooo..

Oct 23, 2007 - My family and I stayed here at the end of September and were very impressed with the interior of the condo. The layout is interesting, with one of the bedrooms having a separate entrance from the main house, which was perfect for the in-laws. It was very clean and well furnished. They didn't cheap out on the linens and towels, which I really appreciated. The only complaint I have is that we had no satellite TV, internet, or phone service while we were there. I feel that if you're going to advertise these services you should provide them. We also had no electricity the last night there, which really sucked. It was really hot and muggy without AC or fans. Or water, since the pump is electric. With these issues aside, this is a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Jun 18, 2007 - I had the opportunity to stay here over Memorial Day weekend and what a blast we had. The condo is spectacular (too nice for a rental in my opinion). All the ammenities of home and then some. For this condo it's all about the location - You go out the front door and your just steps from the main drag where all the clubs are located - You go out the back door and your literally steps from the beach. This place ROCKS!!

Jan 23, 2008 - Mariposa has been completely remodeled and looks great! New floor tile and bathroom tile and cabinets, HD LCD television and HD satellite, curtains, etc. You will love it.

Jul 28, 2007 - We had a July 2007 visit to Mariposa. The beach was very quiet and pretty-beautiful sunsets. The house was disappointing-needs a lot of updating. Patio set and grill were ancient and falling apart. Sliding door was falling apart and locked us out, but maintenance was very quick to repair. Oceano: As a result to your feedback, we spoke with the owners of Mariposa and are currently remodeling it, with an expected finish date of October 1, 2007. We appreciate your comments and your business.

Oct 8, 2007 - We had a wonderful stay at Palapitas in Las Conchas. It was just the 2 of us wanting peace and quiet. We came prepared for small meals and had ample space for cooking and cleaning. We'll be back.

Jul 21, 2007 - We spent 5 nights here in July 2007. This property is beautiful! The pool is awesome and everything is maintained really well. I have never had such a comfy bed in a Mexico rental. The beach is a bit of a hike though from the property so bew prepared for that. The kitchen has very little counterspace but has a dsihwasher! I was told the water is filtered and they have their own generator. Many owners were there staying in their property so that was nice too. It is about a 20 minute drive to the edge of town but worth it.

Apr 19, 2007 - We have reserved this unit again for this comming october. We stayed last year same time and it was great. I would like to note that we do have kids and the only thing wrong last year was that the satelite dish did not work and we did not have TV reception. I would hope that a year later that this issue has been fixed. Watching TV over the ocean is not on our list----but it sure does help wind the kids down at night before bedtime. Sep 10, 2007 - We have 3 families that travel to Rocky Point every year. We all have younger children. This house was the perfect size to accomidate all of us comfortably. The house is beautiful and is perfect. The AC unit works very well and the dishwasher/washer/dryer is vey handy. The house is very clean, the rooms are large and it's right on the beach for an affordable price. We highly recommend this property and you won't be disappointed!

Oct 15, 2007 - 10/11/07 Private, no neighbors and very close to the beach and had a great patio. Stove and one shower didn't work but we survived.

Nov 1, 2007 - A group of 8 of us stayed there this past weekend and had SO MUCH fun! It's located in a very secluded gated area. You don't even have to leave the Villa to entertain yourself. It has a fantastic sound system that also can be turned on outside as well. We immediately put the private pool and spa to use, had several meals outside in the comfortable eating area, walked along the private beach that goes on for miles, saw lots of sea life including blue crabs and several types of fish. The famous Rocky Point shops and restaurants are just minutes away. You won't be disappointed...I can't wait to go back and stay there again!

Sep 27, 2007 - The most glorious vacation I’ve ever been on. The rooms were spacious, the scenery was gorgeous, and we were treated like royalty from the staff. I was a bit hesitant to drive in Mexico, but found the drive from Sonorita to Rocky Point very safe, with a wide road and good visibility. Some said it would be too hot in July, but to the contrary – the beach was perfect and the air conditioned Villa was quite comfortable. My grandchildren loved the pool and spa and when they weren’t in the pool they were at the beach, where we discovered various sea creatures including a small octopus. When the children tired of the delicious sea-food offered everywhere, they got to eat at the Burger King in town. For the young at heart, there are numerous clubs, parasailing, and boat rides. We definitely will be going again. It’s a perfect vacation for children, teens, and adults. There’s something for everyone at Rocky Point!

Nov 18, 2007 - We stayed here for 5 days (oct. 12th through the 17th), and we all were all very impressed with this house. Loved it all! Large,spacious rooms and baths, beautifully decorated and beautiful views.
