Océano Rentals is proud to offer rooms at the new Mayan Palace.
The Mayan Palace Puerto Peñasco, is the newest mega project in Mexico. The Mayan Palace Puerto Peñasco is a full service resort with swimming pools, tennis courts, large and fully equipped gym, restaurant, bar, and a wonderful beach and outstanding views. The prices below include maid service twice daily, and of course full of the previously mentioned services. The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course will be completed in December, 2005 and green fees will be available in November, 2005. When the golf course is completed, golf packages with discounted green fees will be available, but quotes are not available at this time.
We currently offer 9 different packages varying in
accommodations and nightly stays. There are 3 different types of rooms at
the Mayan Palace; Master Room, Suite, and the Master Suite. The Master
Suite is a Suite and a Master Room, which have a lock-off door between
them. There are also 3 different lengths of stays; 3-night, 4-night, and
7-night stays. Below is a table comparing the various rates and room
configurations.

3 and 4-night stays can arrive on any day of the week. 7-night stays
must arrive on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. 50% deposit required at time
of booking and reservations will be confirmed within 24 hours. If there is
availability for the package requested, the deposit becomes
non-refundable. The balance is due at least 1 month prior to arrival. The
minimum age requirement is 25 years and a credit card must be presented at
check-in with available credit of $350, $450, or $550 for the Master Room,
Suite, or Master Suite respectively. In order to use the phone a deposit
by credit card is required at the front desk.
