La Buena Onda - Sleeps 2
La Buena Onda is a one-bedroom, one bath guesthouse to a beachfront home in Las Conchas, a perfect spot for a private getaway. The bedroom has a queen size bed and an ocean view. The kitchenette has bar seating, a wet bar, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and blender. A cozy and tastefully decorated living area has a love seat and chair and offers a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. Other amenities include central air and heat, ceiling fans throughout, Satellite TV, private patio with patio furniture provided, outside shower and charcoal BBQ (bring own charcoal). Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, and October and all Holidays. May 3, 2010: May 1, 2010; We stayed at La Buena Onda for a midweek visit at the end of April and would certainly recommend it. We literally had the beach to ourselves! The unit is clean and comfortable and the setting is wonderful. The balcony overlooks not only the Sea of Cortez but also a beautifully landscaped backyard, arguably the nicest on the peninsula. There is now a staircase leading to the beach so there is no longer any need to risk life and limb getting to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.
Apr 6, 2010: We stayed here on Easter weekend 2010...I am particular and also can not say enough about this property. If you do not want to cook, this is the place. You do not have a stove, however, a vacation means no chores. It is CLEAN...Beautiful and beach front. I have stayed in RP multiple times, one of the top VACATIONS I have ever had. Jun 28, 2009: I stayed at Buena Onda in late summer of 2008, and it worked perfect. Totally clean and furnished well, and the bar in the pictures is ideal. I would give it a 9.5 out of 10 and definitely stay there again. The only nitpick I have is that to actually get down to the beach you have to be able to jump off a concrete staircase with about a 4-foot drop into the sand, but it wasn't an issue.
May 6, 2009: We also have stayed in this condo twice. Very nice, very clean, beautiful decor, comfortable bed! Perfect location for peace and quiet. Friendly owners.
Oct 24, 2008: We have stayed at this casita twice now and thoroughly enjoyed both times. This home is exceptionally clean and well-kept. The beach is beautiful and private. We look forward to our next trip here!
