  • “Nice place right on the beach but right next to a huge disco bar! Super loud music every nite till 3 am. Would not reccomend.

  • “I really like the house,it was really clean, the view is amazing. The place is really secure all doors have locks and gates, they do have an alarm , I was not informed when I pick up the key but they did put the alarm code in red #'s on my paper. The place is by a strip club, did't bother me because the place is far from the noise, you will need to be outside entrance to hear the music. I like how it has a garage,is big enough to put two cars if you got good parking skills, I drove a dodge durango & my aunt a truck 150 we were able to fit both inside with my husband parking skills. it is a rocky area where the water is , I do recommend water shoes. I normally stay in las Conchas ,this was a good place even though there is no security like other places I staid, It was really nice.

  • “I should have known what we were in for when the office gave me directions including "turn at the strip club". Not a great neighborhood, to say the least. Obviously, there's a reason they don't put the condo address on their website.
They also didn't warn me about the home alarm system - and we experienced about 5 minutes of ear-piercing noise for me to find the code notation on the bottom of the information sheet they gave me at the office. 30 minutes later, a maintenance man showed up - on the beach-side - asking if we needed help with the alarm. Um, it's off and you're a bit scary.
The photo of the beach patio is fairly accurate, but.... the condo inside was not well-kept. Leaky faucets, dingy/dirty floors, sinks, showers, toilets. There was no curtain on the window facing the beach (where folks walk by all times of day and night), so we had to hang a sheet. It was sort of like camping. Their ads said TV and there was one - but no cable (and no VCR/DVD player either, so what good was the TV?). When we made the trip over to the office to ask about the TV, they informed me that there shouldn't have been a TV in the condo since there was no cable service. The wi-fi DID work, however.
Checkout instructions were a bit over the edge for receiving your deposit refund, including "you must sweep, close all curtains, drapes, doors, windows, clean this and that well, our cleaners do NOT wash dishes, our cleaners do NOT take out trash, .....". Not that we were at all messy, but we would have left the place much cleaner than we found it if we had followed all of the instructions.
Overall, not impressed. We should have paid the extra $40-50/night to stay in the more modern, well-kept, Sandy Beach resort area. Next time.
